The Performance Improvement Plan exists to provide a systematic and organization-wide approach to implement and sustain changes through our Model of Care (The Mercy Touch) based on Relationship–Based Care theory that will enhance clinical and patient care excellence, improve patient safety, and support the mission, vision, and values of Mercy Medical Center. To see the entire plan, click here.

On April 29, 2015, Dr. Matthew Fox won the 2015 Alpha Omega Alpha Volunteer Clinical Faculty Award.  This is a very prestigious award given by the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society which exists to recognize and perpetuate excellence in the field of medicine.
